HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY

Class 1 Building Contractors begins as a general contractor in June 2011. Over the years the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills knowhow and experiences in designs and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.

Today, Class 1 Building Contractors takes on the role of main contractors for small and medium size projects and performs projects management services to co-ordinate specialist trade for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide designs input and engineering solution as value add services to our clients.

Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow through procedures ensures that clients’ objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Our project management and execution philosophies are:

Create detail schedule and resources plan to meet clients’ project objectives.

Communicate clearly with all project stake holders.

Track project progress and fine tune deviation.

Supervise closely on quality of work done.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Our business is driven by our four Directors, collectively they accumulated more than ten years of working experience in the building industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning point and company policy to all stuff at regular meetings

Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever charging market place and clients’ requirement.

Class 1 building contractors is mostly specializing on the following things:

1 CONSTRUCTION –

We build houses, shops, schools and any other buildings starting from setting out up to finish the whole job. 

We build all types of cottages/temporal structures both using bricks or pre cast materials

We do renovations to the building i.e. gutters, roof leaking, blocked sewage pipes and repainting. 

We do the smart interior house decorations i.e. wall and floor tilling, magazine plastering, rhino set on walls and ceiling.

We do paving, using interlocking bricks/pavers, drive ways using concrete.

We also do brick walls/Dura walls, stone work and pre cast walling.

        2 FENCING -

We do diamond mesh fencing, using different size of the diamond e.g. 85mm, 75mm and 50mm. we use any thickness of wire, depend on what customer want.

 We do what we call palisade fencing

We do electric fencing, on top the walls or even starting from the ground.

We do barbed wire for farms and gardens.

We also put razor wire on top of the walls.

      3 FABRICATION –

We do sliding gates, swing gates, burglar bars, door screens and also we do car ports or car shades

  4 MANUFACTURING – We also manufacture products like bricks and pre cast wall materials
